Birthday Party Instructor
At Romp n’ Roll, we know how to party! Do you? If so, you might be the next addition to our team of incredible Birthday Bash leaders!
Romp n’ Roll is famous for the private birthday parties we host for kids turning 1-6 years of age. As a Birthday Bash Host, you will lead parties and provide incredible customer service.
Not up on the latest and greatest party games for toddlers and preschoolers? No worries, we are, and we’ll provide complete training to make sure you are the “life of the party”.
This position demands a high level of energy, a “can-do” service-focused attitude and the ability to relate well to both adults and children. You will need availability on Saturday and/or Sunday afternoons and have a passion for disco ball bubble dance parties. Job requirements include having at least one year of experience working with children and having a fun, positive, “get-it-done” personality.
Oh, and did we mention that we offer competitive pay (plus parents often tip when you knock the party out of the park) and… you get to work in your socks!

Membership Desk

Come be a part of the magic. Romp n’ Roll is looking for a dynamic Membership Desk associate to help provide our families with an incredible customer experience.
Responsibilities include greeting visitors, assisting customers, and building relationships with our families. Additional responsible include selling memberships and party packages, answering phone calls, and administrative tasks. We offer competitive pay and an extensive training program within a fun and fulfilling work environment! This is one of the most fun and rewarding jobs you will ever have!
Qualifications
At least 3 years of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail or childcare setting. Previous experience working with children preferred.
As a Romp n’ Roll Membership Desk Associate you will need to:
- Demonstrate superior customer service and sales skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to relate to children and adults in a parent/child setting
- Be extremely organized
- Have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
- Exude confidence, an outgoing personality, and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.

We hosted a birthday party for our 3 y/o and we had an incredible, first class experience. The staff was super helpful the entire time – even leading up to the party. They had the play place decorated, engaged with the kids through songs and games, served pizza/drinks/cake (we provided) and even cleaned up and helped bring everything to our cars afterwards! They really made our daughter feel so special and helped us to focus on just having fun with her and everyone else. This is the way to host a kid’s party!! 10/10!

We absolutely love Romp n Roll. The staff there are absolutely amazing. We started coming when my daughter was 13/14 months old and after a few classes she was walking! She just turned 2 and is struggling with separation anxiety. I could not recommend there summer camps more enthusiastically. The first day she made it through but was holding on to a teacher when I picked her up. The second day when I came to pick her up, she looked at me like “you’re here already?!” The staff are truly fantastic. The program is quality. Highly, highly recommend.

We had our son’s 2nd birthday party at Romp n Roll. I loved the party and the fact that we had the entire building to ourself. The staff was nice and extremely helpful. Everything flowed the way I wanted and the other parents and children had a great time! It was the talk of daycare the next day. lol.

Romp n’ Roll is a wonderful, clean facility with informative and engaging instructors, and staff who recognize your child when they come in! Classes are split into the appropriate age groups. Our daughter is in the Babies Gym and Music with Ms. Morgan, and loves it! The class is aimed toward imparting appropriate developmental skills, sign language, and encouraging movement from our babies. Would definitely recommend for anyone with a child!

My daughter loved it here! My baby has autism so she is super busy.. sometimes she doesn’t listen nor follow directions and the instructor didn’t mind at all. That made me very comfortable.

My daughter was so happy when she arrived and when I picked her up. I asked her if she wanted to go back and if she had fun and her response was a big YES! 👍 she was happy she got to run around and jump on a trampoline, get her hand stamped, meet new friends and said everyone was really nice! She loved the Outer Space theme and enjoyed her little tin foil ball that she came home with. She was proud to put her artwork on the fridge. Great experience!
